The Kontab name, logo, scoring system, and interface are the property of KZO Lab LLC. AI-generated question content is based on publicly available government sources (IRS publications, Revenue Rulings, IRC) and is not proprietary to third-party exam prep providers.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Kontab after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
